Holy slop. He has everything- the signed APA and more than a dozen reports detailing a liquidation with nothing since for 5 years!!!

You are just making up a fantasy about lying to the investing public for 5 years and hiding a transaction behind an “NDA” which is bankruptcy fraud. NDAs contain terms for the treatment of confidential information, they do not contain confidential information.
