Restricted stock for 2 years, and the $20million company is generating net profits and growing fast. It's a great deal imo. There's a whole lot more going on too if you know how to read. Plus they will recover the $10million in assets, but what excites me the most is the Max ATV deal that looks to be coming in too. That's the $150million market cap piece with ease imo. New Management CEO/COO are unblemished Boy Scouts with big brains and resources. I love this ticker and will keep slurping up shares from anyone willing to sell them to me down here. Thanks!
