THE BIG MISS !

There are just 25 trading days left in 2023, so Andy and Paul ought to have a pretty good idea of how badly PLUG will miss the Q-4 and 2023 annual numbers.

Will PLUG Senior Management be advising the PLUG Board on the latest estimates ? Will PLUG management be advising the Shareholders of these estimates / guidance?

Will PLUG's Board of Directors be asking for a new business plan for 2024 which addresses the obvious flaws in PLUG's efforts to date?

If the MISS is as BIG as I suspect it is, and if there is no comprehensive plan to right the ship, I also suspect that heads will roll. If not, then the Board is equally culpable.

In early 2024, I suspect there will be layoffs and other measures which might include, "exploring other strategic alternatives.".
