There will always be loans and dilution in the public markets my man, dont matter where ya look. How I see these nana cap tickers, if they run a true business in my own eyes, im cool with it. Not saying I would invest but I am not going to trash a ticker that underperforms but at least underperforms by the law. You all have your own history here which I have no problem with. I just see a real company that can sell, way undervalued imo. That simple, make what you want out of it.
