I'm guessing you haven't read any of the filings or press releases. Rassmussen and team sold out to Mesa in January 2023. Mesa has been in control since then and merged their operations into GBHL on Feb 8th. Mesa spun themselves off in Sept. and appointed Eric Horton as new CEO before they all resigned. Esnard and team still have controlling interest in GBHL.
