You hire software hackers/developers. You Give them high speed processing computers and setup a high speed network into the public exchanges trading servers giving the power to these hackers the ability via software to flood these exchanges trading servers with trades that manipulate the price of any giving targeted stock up/down. All short squeeze movements were controlled by these computers including the one that rocketed AMC from $10 to $72. I am not convinced that AMC APEs buying AMC stock had the ability, momentum, or power to run the stock unhindered to $72. Everything in Wallstreet is manipulated by MMs and their criminal hackers with the support of your friendly neighborhood broker. It's a major syndicate fraud operation to steal your money in stocks.
Buyer beware when you put your hard earned money in public stocks.
