Steve - I think it means that PLUG's trend is still DOWN, and without a major positive catalyst, PLUG will continue a downward slide.

Good news about hydrogen production or from the Government might be enough to stop the bleeding. But I think this news might not be here in 2023.

But without good news, Tax Loss Selling could take PLUG into the $2.00's. I recall in past years of always being surprised at the intensity of PLUG selling in December.
