Sounds to me like a smart move by Kim. India is the second largest silk producer (161K tons/yr) vs China (403K tons/yr). People are pushing this off as nothing of any significance. Give me a break. Kim hires experts that know work force, the local governments and the best areas of India for this type of silk operation. Such a large country has slightly different climate conditions and will have some areas that have greater potential. This is a very positive move by Kim. The dark side of the board repeats the same old whining and the copy and paste twins do not disappoint.
