.....O/M/F/G..................now what......???...............could take another few YEARS to sort out all of this.......UBS has a good point.....UBS has paid out billions, now, on LIBOR and the main perp (Tommy Hughes) went to jail..................and we see the city of Baltimore has been paid out, royally??........for the possible losses the school district might have encountered, for the interest rate manipulations.......................
....THE FDIC IS BRUTAL AND MIGHT NOT BACK DOWN.............the FDIC wants a judgement for damages and a full admission of guilt (ok, liability).......UBS wants across the board immunity, moving forward.................STANDOFF...............$$$$ cannot solve this problem........we don't think........
.....bottom line for the UWBI bi-curious BRONIE cusip rats.........years.........painful..................(we might be accruing interest on the holdco net proceeds, so this ain't ALL BAD.............)...............and we might cash in.........whenever the nightmare ends.........................AIMHO..................
