How can anyone still support and defend Donald Trump?

Here's why, - Author Gene Trevino

> after nearly 700 former federal prosecutors argued in an open letter that Trump would have been indicted for obstruction of justice in special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation if he weren't President (at that time)

> after both current and former military leaders have SPOKEN out against Trump
1) Former Defense Secretary James Mattis
2) Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen
3) Retired Navy Adm. James G. Stavridis
4) Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin E. Dempsey
5) Former Marine Corps Commandant Gen. Robert Neller
6) Former U.S. Special Operations Command Gen. Raymond A. Thomas
7) Former U.S. Forces-Afghanistan commander Gen. John Allen
8) Retired Navy Adm. William McRaven
9) Army Chief of Staff Gen. James C. McConville
10) Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Gilday
11) Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Goldfein
12) National Guard Bureau Chief Gen. Joseph Lengyel
13) Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley

> after a few current and former Republican officials have broke ranks with the rest of their party, saying in public and private conversations that they will not support Donald Trump. Some even said they'd rather vote for Joe Biden

> after the REPUBLICAN Senate Intelligence Community Report regarding Russia's election interference and Trump's involvement, saying, and I quote: "The Committee's Report clearly shows that Trump and his Campaign WERE NOT mere bystanders in this attack - they were ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS."

> after several Republican admirals and generals have publicly announced they will NOT SUPPORT Trump. In an interview with The New York Times, William H. McRaven, retired four-star Navy admiral, who directed the raid that killed Osama bin Laden, said, “it’s time for new leadership in this country — Republican, Democrat or independent. President Trump has shown he doesn’t have the qualities necessary to be a good commander in chief.”

> after people that have been lifelong Republicans and once proud of Republican beliefs and platforms, now regret voting for Trump in 2016, and 2020. They have vowed to never again vote or support Trump and are now voting for Joe Biden

> after two Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials have turned their back on Trump and endorsed Joe Biden
1) Miles Taylor, the former chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security in the Trump administration
2) Elizabeth Neumann, another former senior DHS official who served in Trump's administration
They even formed a new group called the Republican Political Alliance for Integrity and Reform (REPAIR), which include people who have worked for Donald Trump but want to elect Biden and reform the Republican Party.
Miles Taylor said in a statement to POLITICO, “The President has demonstrated he’s unfit for office. And those of us who witnessed the chaos of his Administration firsthand from the inside are coming together to ensure that Trump is not re-elected."

> then, in late 2019, several current and former Republicans formed an action committee called The Lincoln Project. The goal of the committee was to prevent the re-election of Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election and defeat his supporters in the United States Senate. The Lincoln Project is STILL fighting Trumpism today.

THE POINT I'M TRYING TO MAKE IS THIS.....

Even after all these different people made up of Republicans, former/current military officials, and former/current Trump administration officials — even after all these people have spoken out against Trump about how he is unfit, unqualified, and unable to run this country with presidential qualities, modesty, and decorum....

How can anyone still support, defend, and vote for Donald Trump?
