The rebuttable to each point:

1 - pure opinion bordering on flat out making it up. Contrary opinion: the incoming private company and/or Sharp didn’t want to wait the time it might take for more cancellations to do the RM;

2 - pure opinion. Contrary opinion: only the cancellations were baked in. The FINRA approval is still a concern to many and was not baked in at all;

3 - possibly true. But if FINRA approves this week, they’re screwed;

4 - perhaps;

5 - they at least don’t flat out deceive like you do.
