Joel Natario can't stop criming. Remember Joel from Mining Global (MNGG)?? Here he is back at work.....maybe earning himself some prison time?

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND By way of background, in January 2022, Mr. Galvis sold his past company, respondent Emco Oilfield Services LLC (“Emco”), of which he was managing member, to NextMart, Inc., a non-reporting, pink sheet company run by Mr. Natario and Mr. Natario’s girlfriend. See Exhibit A, Affidavit of Michael Galvis dtd. 5/30/2023 (“Galvis Aff.”), ¶ 3.1 On March 29, 2022, unbeknownst to Mr. Galvis, Mr. Natario, using Mr. Galvis’s old Emco-affiliated e-mail address ([e-mail]), electronically signed Mr. Galvis’s name on a “Standard Merchant Cash Advance Agreement” (i.e., the Agreement). See Exhibit B, Affidavit of Joel Natario dtd. 1/27/2023 (“Natario Aff.”), p. 1; Exhibit C, the Agreement. Upon information and belief, in furtherance of this fraud, Mr. Natario took out a prepaid cell phone (commonly known as a “burner phone”) and impersonated Mr. Galvis in text messages with Cambridge. Exhibit D, Text Messages with Cambridge. To be certain, (and has been demonstrated to Cambridge via Mr. Galvis’s cell phone records), Mr. Galvis has never spoken or texted with anyone at Cambridge. Galvis Aff., ¶ 6. The number allegedly used to call and/or text with Cambridge (505-260-7997) does not belong to Mr. Galvis, has never been associated with him, and appears to be inactive. Id. Suffice it to say, at no time was Mr. Galvis aware that any of this was going on, let alone that his name and e-mail address had been used to sign the Agreement. Galvis Aff., ¶¶ 5-6. Nor, obviously, was Mr. Galvis aware that the Galvis Entities were listed as “co-merchants” under the Agreement, or that he was a personal guarantor of the Agreement. Id. This was, simply put, a pure forgery done without Mr. Galvis’s knowledge.
