2. $1,000,000 PLUS INTEREST Promissory Note owed to Davis Caskey
3. $3,373,800 PLUS MORE moving forward owed to Mikah for Adderall IR & XR profit splits
4. $2,500,000 OR MORE for new facility
5. MILLIONS for Adderal IR buyback from Mikah
6. MILLIONS for Adderall XR buyback from Mikah
7. MILLIONS for development, filings, & launches of new products
8. MILLIONS for additional packaging & manufacturing equipment
9. MILLIONS to pay for Nasrat's salary & bonus moving forward - No more issuance of shares
