You arent looking at the facts or evidence that has been exposed over the last 2 years. We cant repost and rehash every little thing for you at this point. Flow just gave you 3 examples of evidence we (most shareholders ) have seen and had for a long time. The 3 investors that signed a contract with HPIL that their $1.55million was to go directly to Apogee - no other division, who do you think they contacted with this information?

Another reference point. SB openly fired LT and MT for racism, amongst other things. SB broke the contract the second it was signed, he also never fully paid the Apogee staff as stated in the contract.

Apogee went from being abandoned in Kent Washington- to a virtual office in Wyoming - to being dissolved - all public record, look it up.
