I should have said near-penniless or near-broke. Bankruptcy is not likely.....they'll keep the lights on with another convertible note. Then another.

The point is that a drilling program, even a modest one, is very expensive. Way above and beyond their current resources.

I doubt very much it will happen. They're continuing the Brisco playbook with the rare earth BS, and forever dangling drilling.
