Your analysis of 3 outcomes is a failure

If you define paying off debt as paying off spspa then yes that was a forced failure on government bad faith

But the government could legally act in bad faith. Apparently.

Warrants will be exercised. Common lack dilution protection against SPSPA being converted.. Common thus have no security. Preferred will be made whole.
