Thanks Bill , err Jrf30 for your response. But when money is disappearing from a company with no accounting for where it is actually going. When some company has over two million dollars of LVVVs money and LVVV has 58k, is not paying its debts, taxes, loans the SEC would love to look at it. They make their bones on the small fish. It's the two dollar window at the track that makes all the money.
Oh and I have no idea who the disbarred attorney is here. But I am wondering why you so endlessly defend the poor management and possible embezzlement of the funds. You sound like what I imagine Bill or another member of LVVVs board would sound like. You never sound like an actual investor.
If nothing is wrong, the SEC will clear it, so I am not sure why you are so defensive. If I was a principal of a company, where folks where questioning my management, I certainly would love to clear my name.
So you are happy with no accounting for the two million? You think that's acceptable? Look who is playing the defending attorney here.
BTW the stock price is a direct effect of the manipulation and "loans" of the money. Who would invest reading these financials. My money is gone, I have lost much here but my other bets pay off. I am a big boy and have over 78 others investments in my portfolio. A loss here and there is expected but I do not like games, where is the 2 million? Why is someone else getting 2 million of LVVVs money? Why are they getting the money when the bills are not being paid.
