Well I do have to say since I have talked to him in person, he believes in what he is doing. Now he has not diluted since he has had NO control , except for the Twilight Zone Escrow for 84 million going to Fen which increased the O/S yet TBD and still out there now is the 4% (140+ million shares) for the attorney? per the Attorney letter.

Now why statements keep coming out over the past year and half that do not materialize, with it taken his time, his dollar, his efforts, (and I will say he is very nice and pleasant , plus educated) is the STRANGE PART. Maybe there is a conclusion somewhere in the future time will tell.
