........THE BANK dropped the appeal, in trade for the FDIC directing the only qualified buyer of the NOL tax credits.......frankenstein......to buy the holdco, the entity that carried the NOL...................the Receiver's recoveries popped up and got big, but we cannot get any money, because that would trigger the "cancellation" of the stock, and although a technicality, cancelling means not collecting any receiver's recoveries......................conundrum, in the law, BIBI................

....not a problem, BIBI..........because waiting = more payola...............being involved with LIBOR is like winning the lottery...........for the third time, with one ticket (a multi-draw ticket - - which is all I ever play, anyhoot)....................

.....you may not get the uwbi cusip TAX ADVISER job, BIBI.......................as we don't want to end up in the slammer.......................

....THE ONLY POSSIBLE FDIC 'CONSIDERATION' is the FDIC can tag the receiver payout as a 'value-added' to the stock.......the FDIC tags the remittance to the paying agent, and there is a designee form, for this...............we investigated this and the FDIC confirmed the option but would not say whether it applied to UWBI......what happens is, the non-IRA cusips get treated as LTCGs, across the board.......THERE IS ONLY ONE PAYMENT FROM THE PAYING AGENT, which becomes the indicator.......LTCG, on all......I PLAN TO USE THE LTCG VALUE ON ALL OF MY NON-IRA stock and appeal the FDIC's treatment, if it is a dividend.........seriously........impacts about a $300K difference, for me......or more........aimho.....
