That's a good question channelTrader? Someone is buying and the company is not selling those 300 million shares yet is my Guess as to why it is still going up.

The one thing I will say about the OTC is anything is possible. I remember NSAV with 5 Billion shares in the Float, and thinking it was the Biggest POS on the OTC running to .15 cents in 2021. It was beyond belief that this was even possible for me.
This is why we trade the OTC.

If Berliner puts out some solid game changing PR's then Unicorns are possible with this stock.

I am definitely rooting for you all still in DLOC.
