....believe the $5 per, portion is the basic LTCG.......using the basis from the original UWBK stock purchase.............the "dividend" is assigned, or paid to the shareholder, so we are F/-ed..............no escape from the IRS which will get a copy of the shareholders from the FDIC......non-IRA accounts are gonna get ZAPPED.......LTCG + ordinary income = blend of about 27%....ouch!!.......
