Absolutely, It is Totally Priced for SPECULATION!!! The Only bet on the Table is that 2024 will be better off after the Conversion/NonConversion (expiry Dec31,2023) than it was this year. And really SPECULATION on $600K of Development being moved into Operation... And Producing Revenue? the Fact that it was Capitalized and Not Expensed, Leads to the Expectation of Eventually Matching Additional Revenue Streams that will be created. It also appears that there is some additional Undisclosed Equity Distribution being accrued that hasn't yet been released. Would that be a reason to keep Quiet Period and Continued Price Depression?
