As of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, we had accumulated deficit of $9,713,576 and $9,374,967, respectively, and we will require additional working capital to fund operations through 2023 and beyond.

Also, their website says they "are" a merchant bank, but the 10-Q says they "intend" to be one. Guess that is why zero, like, zero revenues. Taking out $50,000 loans to keep lights on is not good.

These current financial fuglies may be quickly solved upon the actual issuance of the patent. They will dilute. They have to and I would too. I believe this is a billion dollar patent.
