The Canadians can’t trade because of the cease trade order filed several years ago. They will only ever be able to trade if this goes Big Board. Doug and Roanell are Independent directors and Doug is still involved in the company. He is the Chairman of the board. In The shareholders annual meeting that was posted here Doug explained all these matters. He Chaired the meeting.
