As previous stated BASED ON THE FACT the property was listed for 500 plus days before SNPW went into contract and since that contract expired the property has not been relisted I BELIEVE this indicates the problem was with the seller not buyer.

If the property was relisted after the contract expired I would make the assumption the problem was with the buyer not the seller.

The 10Q has no bearing on my opinion.
