So... latest court filings allege that Berman embezzled almost $650,000 of DECN shareholder cash for personal uses, over 3-4 years.
Implication is that he was using DECN cash to fund his own lifestyle, and there is documentary evidence of this!
That's not a bad living. The median salary in LA is of the order of $70,000. It look like Berman could have been embezzling 3 times that sum while working as 'unpaid CEO' if the company.
A real kick in the teeth to those who were taken in by this scam, No!?
