NioCorp Reschedules 2023 Annual General for January 19, 2024

CENTENNIAL, Colo. (November 21, 2023) – NioCorp Developments Ltd. (“NioCorp” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:NB) (TSX:NB) has rescheduled its 2023 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) for Friday, January 19, 2024 starting at 10:00 AM Mountain time. The meeting will be held at 7000 S. Yosemite Street, Lower Level Conference Room, Centennial, Colorado, 80112. The new date provides the Company with additional time to complete the process for selecting a new external auditor.

Shareholders of record as of November 21, 2023, are able to vote their shares on the proposals to be considered at the AGM either by proxy in advance of the meeting or at the meeting. Proxy or voting instructions must be received in each case no later than 10:00 a.m. Mountain time on January 17, 2024, or no later than 48 hours before the AGM is reconvened following any adjournment or postponement. The Notice of Meeting, Management Information and Proxy Circular, form of proxy relating to the AGM, and the Company’s 2023 Annual Report will be made public no later than December 8, 2023.
