Within the end of September 2023, Screaming Eagle BNR JV, LLC’s (“SEBJ”) non-operating working interest operated by Burk Royalty, Co. was sold to Exponent Energy, LLC. (“Exponent”). The change will benefit SEBNR JV due to Exponent’s increased focus on the asset and willingness to work with SEP to significantly increase production with a target of 1000 bbls/day by Q2 2024 and to take steps to decrease Lease Operating Expenses by $25,000/month by year end 2023. These efforts will significantly increase profits for $BLFR in future periods.
