Got to say I am a little disappointed in Kazi.

It was good DD for pointing out the increase in diluted shares , that bothers me too.

But if I was bashing a stock

I would have called in to question why the 10q made no mention of the agreement with PT.IDN Solar Tech helping them build EPC.

As that agreement was signed and 8K long after "SPPC has also entered into an agreement with a South Asian solar manufacturer to act as an original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) for Sun Pacific solar panels and associated products. "

Which I believe refers to SC Solar.

Is the EPC facility in jeopardy?
