I am not worry about share price but that is easy for me to say, you do what you got to do.

I see a plan coming together.

Again I don't just base this opinion from what we get from the company but what we also get from those outside the company are doing.

Sun Group list them as GEP New Energy USA distributor do you really believe that 7k a quarter to zero a quarter really matters to them?

In July the company tells it shareholders it was consolidating, you don't think this topic was not discussed before GEP signed the deal?

Since the company clearly states in every filing the "As of today, the Company’s principal source of revenues is derived from Street Smart Outdoor Corp. operations in the outdoor advertising business " that GEP didn't realize the company revenue from the subsidiary with be gone.

Yet mid October early November SUN Group added SPP as the distributor of GEP New Energy US on their global notwork page. '

No revenue for them yet FoxEss STILL LIST SPP as a Global partner and contact.

Now, you may have lost faith that the company might have a future , but it very obvious Sun Group and FoxEss doesn't share that opinion, and that is good enough for me.
