......high probability = maybe 30% WE GET WIPED OUT (FDIC could seize our holdco proceeds and apply towards the failed bank's SUBROGATED LIABILITIES - - and probably will)............................

......marty told guy that he/we would be "taken care of".........................someday..............when the UWB RECEIVER ENDS....................????................

......being "involved" with the LIBOR mess......and the last of the last LIBOR litigations (via the UWB Receiver).....is either HORRIFIC BAD LUCK..........or HEAVEN SENT GOOD LUCK...................either..........????...............

....never-ending PAINFUL NIGHTMARE....................ugly............dunno.................LIFE................good luck or bad luck...................and we might die waiting......
