They ( Media ) relied on a published SEC document that was created by Digital World. If anyone lied it was them. The news outlets ( some ) made corrections when Digital World corrected their SEC filing, not after the lawsuit came out as someone would have you believe. If anything, if this lawsuit does not get tossed out, and moves towards discovery, doubtful, the media will, should get a good hard look at the REAL financials behind Truth Social.
