Pretty sure Elite will have an agreement in place to buy the Adderalls from Mikah by March 31, 2024, the end of the fiscal year.

Here's why:

Carter stated on the CC that Mikah's profit splits will be paid completely off by the end of the fiscal year.

If there's no agreement in place to buy the Adderalls, then just 24 hours later Mikah will be RIGHT back on Elite's books for the profit splits.

Doesn't make any sense if the plan is to completely pay them off.

Like I said before, we need to pay Mikah's profit splits in full AND sign an agreement at the SAME time to buy the Adderalls.
