Yeah, didn't Canouse say they were signing the docs about three weeks ago? Where's the PR to that effect? What's the hold up? I sure hope he didn't just take advantage of his shareholders by selling those tens of millions of diluted shares into the market that he did as we were welcoming the merger taking place if there really isn't one happening!...?
