Based on the pre-14c I can only assume the financing for Elba power corp is in jeopardy and you are adding an option in case if falls though.

Like I stated before a hundred to one RS would keep your current believers happy and still provide you with 990,000,000 shares to sell to raise capital.

Why create hundreds of William j Singers who will probably tie up the company in court with class action suits if a 4000 to 1 RS does become reality?

Just a thought.

14C is not being done to raise capital , we are doing this to always protect the company and its future. Our goal is to structure the company to eventually be on a higher exchange which has always been our focus once we execute our plans.
All we do is documented and we always have approved and signed agreements to back up what we say and post. Market makers and bashers can do what they want and hopefully leave since they have been flipping and making millions while hurting the integrity of the company

My concern was always this line
