Actually valuation is determined by the # of OS, not the float. TSN*P had over 3 billion OS and MC was near about $7 billion at some point. While BEGI has 1.2 billion OS and imo may have a very convincing story once it unfolds.

Unfortunately TSNP had half the Float though! Gonna take alot more for BEGI
