One thing I was wondering - We all know the rules about meeting that 45-day deadline for the 10-Q and if late, filing a 10-Q NT to document why to the SEC. What happens when the deadline for the required public reporting of a 10-Q falls right in a silent period for say an acquisition/merger? If you are in the silent period, filing the required 10-Q or 10-Q NT would not be possible because you might have to publicly reveal something you can't due to the quiet period of an acquisition....

There was the 8-K about MJlink Oct 7? And I've seen things about acquisition silent periods being ?40 days....so all just musing, but questions I could not find answers to.
