Ty, Miller said USEI received 2M Series A preferred shares of BMCS in exchange for all the Sumcoins Miller transferred from USEI to BMCS. Not so?

Originally, according to Miller, these coins (52,766.66 to be exact) were received from you in exchange for 3.6M shares of USEI.

I know nothing about crypto so all I've been saying is that having coins that can't be sold is rather meaningless.

What do you know about the pile of calcium carbonate? That's even more questionable in my mind than the Sumcoin.
