"In good faith?" How can you read through the Asset Purchase Agreement, with a listing of everything that was sold, in bad faith? The patents and everything else that was listed was sold.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
