$WCVC FINRA wont allow Nixon to start a new company to publicly trade or jump into an r/s and or probably nix a name change either

Nixons only option is to restart and then he can dilute dump his butt off if he wants to get real big with his company

$FINRA has been referring a lot of these dilution, name change, r/s rats to the $SEC
