They just killed the company for the next 6 months

LOL - You chose to miss the point.

They received $5MM in operating funds. That is the only relevant point for a pre-revenue biopharma company. Their market cap would be an irrelevant point for the next 6 months if they didn't have the operating capital to keep operating in the near term.

Their relatively small dilution this week did not do a thing to my actual cost per share, other than let me buy some more shares at about $2.30 yesterday and lower my dollar cost average some more. Nor does their relatively small dilution this week change what those shares could be worth when Multikine gets approval in one (or more) of the EU, Canada, Great Britain, or with the FDA.
