Thanks. I'm not saying I think there is a GameStop play here, but I do wonder what was going on for the year plus between when Nixon stopped filing (Nov 2020) and when he got revoked (Feb 2022). During 2021, Nixon slightly more than doubled the O/S of WCVC. When WCVC got sent to the Expert Market in Sep 2021, it kept trading.
Since WCVC got sent to the Expert Market for not filing, it never set well with me that the WCVC decided to revoke WCVC completely for trading, since 'experts' were supposed to be allowed to bear the risk of trading stocks without filings that were on the Expert Market.
I'm always open to a more experienced, expert opinion, but I don't understand why WCVC was not allowed to continue on the Expert Market.
