EAI , yes successful . However the Sons (running for the past several years) and Ex Wife (been there since start) and of course Mark G was the Technology start and he stated on UH how it started , he is just one of those folks that can put together innovative machines. Credit to him. It appears that the one Son is an Engineer plus (like Dad) , the other one is a Sales Marketing success and put Mom in who has been handling HR and Administrative organizations since EAI started and it continues on . (Plus a great support Team and employees). But it not just Mark's business it is the FAMILY Business with other investors.

Apparently, not many know this (you can search but as always I give the links below) By the way DUTV is not his first Rodeo if you know the history of EES . This has been going on for about a decade plus when Bill Hinz and Mark G (both in article) tried to do something with the system from EES on energy , (never was built) but rolled along back in 2011. Bill H even has a linkedin site showing as CEO of Easy Energy https://www.linkedin.com/in/bill-hinz-673aab13/. In reality Bill (William) Hinz and Mark G went separate ways (sound familiar) around 2017 and Bill took his energy experience to Quantam Energy . They had actual filings (before DUTV) , filed back in 2012 so over a decade Mark G has been looking to do something like this

Number 2 is EASY ANSWER : The answer is ZERO in System sales (known and if there was there would be many referrals to who is really using and as an example, but as of today there is not). That is why those statements on UH when I saw the airing of what was said 18 months ago were to me ( I wish I had seen this earlier ) . Why Mark G makes those and has continued to make claims is really THE STRANGE part. In reality he could just go about tinkering away on new machinery in retirement until one clicks, getting income monthly from EAI. Why go through all this effort , he is driven apparently to get something done.

Time will tell, a strange but intriging story so far. But Mark as of today or before has ZERO DUTV shares or control of them , so unlike other OTC CEO's who dilute like crazy with crazy stories, Mark has not had control to do so. So all this effort on his own and it takes $$ , so the only promised shares are the ones to FEN/Terreplenish (not done yet still in escrow for the past year and half) and per the Attorney Letter to him in 90 days after merger and yet TBD "Equity Swap" language. so more to come.
