It's accurate. It was reported here when it took place about a month or 2 ago. I was somewhat skeptical at 1st because only Bloomberg reported it and no one else anywhere. And I learned long ago how inaccurate Bloomberg can be, sometimes years behind the facts, but a couple days ago, someone here posted all the case particulars so it appears for real. Whether or not it goes anywhere is another story. There's a fairly sizeable group of insiders and their supporters, who have made lots of money from the scheme and so it's in many's best interest to keep the ATM open. Those on the take include some from the sec as well, IMHO.
