Looks like Fidelity no longer allowing orders for PL* tickers online.

* PL = Pink Limited

You have to call them up and place order thru one of their brokers. PITA* trading.

PITA = pain in the ass

Schwab still accepts online orders for PL tickers. However, Schwab charges $6.95 commission for each OTC trade. PITW* trading.

PITW = pain in the wallet
