I'm still as optimistic as anyone, but first things first, we need an explanation for why they couldn't file yesterday to stay pink current. After spending all that time, money and effort to get back to current last month.

GEGI submitted a notification of late filing on Tuesday stating "The Change of Control Process with the OTC delayed our ability to file this quarterly report on time." They need to do the same for SFLM. Or... just submit a Q3 financial with some amazing news lol
