Well. After this Sweeny huge waste of time fiasco ruling it would seem that all the courts are saying shareholders can not sue the government, since we had no investing relationship with the government prior to take over, but only a relationship with the companies, prior to the governments take over laws. So going after the government, no can do, since they only took over with no due relationship with investors, even though they fraudulently usurp our rights.

It would seem that a group needs to sue the heck out of the former BOD for siging away the company and those rights. Make them spill the beans on the whole shabang take over. That's about the only thing shareholders could do to convince a judge, definitely convince a jury. But....what kind of legal poison pill did the rat-bass-terds (under Bush) make the BOD sign? It would be great to have that agreement, you'd think we should be able to get it with an FOIA request. Maybe a lawyer could?

If a good lawyer can prove mafia like collusion on Hank P., Tim G. Whoever else's part, that would do wonders to expedite us back to normal.
