.........PHEWW!!!!!......SAFELY DEEP INTO YEAR 2024.................????............

......not.....quite.........but close enough.............it would still take 60 days, if a formal court approval was needed for a settlement.........maybe longer............

....certainly, an expedited condition baked into the agreement.........IS POSSIBLE...........BUT WHY......??.....NEITHER SIDE CARES ABOUT THE 2023 CALENDAR................we do.........neither the FDIC, nor UBS nor any related party cares a whiff about 2023.................
