The private TEAROOM chatter says "Dorado Goose, LLC" is Borders buddy, "The Duke". So, does being on team Borders makes him another CONsultant? But why did he get more shares than the publicly announced FrankB and DannyB?

And another thing .... Borders has, MORE THAN ONCE, said the $mONI controlling block of shares has already changed to the "new company) so wouldn't that be required to be in this 10-Q filing? As you have already noted: no subsequent event(s) were included. What is FrankO hiding? NO MERGER? Hmmmmmm
