It really doesn't bother me as much as it does others. I have only been here for 14 months but I've grown to really appreciate the size and scope of the project and the number of people from different industries and govt institutions it takes to all simultaneously pull in the same direction for the same cause. It's no small task and just when these guys might think they've got everything lined up, bombs start going off and everybody gets finicky again. I'm confident this project will happen bc I've yet to see another project that can compete with Delfin's cost structure.
